Art Gallery of Uzbekistan
Art Gallery of Uzbekistan was built in 2004 and its opening was dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The modern equipment in the gallery can provide a special room temperature, which is so necessary for storing and displaying pictures.
Art Gallery of Uzbekistan consists of 15 rooms, including studios of masterclasses, workshops, a cinema room with a library, a lecture hall, etc. The total building area is about 3,500 sq.m.

There is the largest collection of works of art of the 20th century. Here, you can see the pictures of the great and famous artists of Uzbekistan, as well as paintings by great foreign artists.
The funds of the Gallery have more than 2,000 coins and more than 1,000 works of art.
The entire collection is placed in the 12 catalogues. The 8 catalogues of which are about fine arts and the 4 about numismatics. Scientific publications are present here too.
After sightseeing, visitors to the gallery can relax and share experiences in a cosy cafe, which is located in the building or buy souvenirs in an art salon.
