Public offer «Orient Mice»
The following is a brief description of the main provisions applicable to ordering travel services.
Prices
Published prices are based on costs and expenses at the time of publication. Changes in published prices are possible. This happens if the government introduces new taxes or increases existing taxes, as well as in cases of currency fluctuations or increased fuel costs. We will inform you in a timely manner about any increases in the cost of the tour.
Payment
Payment must be made at least 45 days before the start of the tour (or at other times agreed between you and the Company). If you order travel services less than 45 days before the start of the trip, you must pay in full and without delay, except for separately agreed agreements with the Company. If you do not pay the remaining part within the agreed time, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reservation or request any unpaid money.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of the order, the Company will incur most of its costs before the start of the tour, so you need to get a deposit to cover these costs.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Any cancellation of the tour, regardless of the timing of the cancellation, must be made in writing, and sent directly by the Client who ordered the tour. Please send an email with the refusal to your contact person in the Company, and a copy to account@orientmice.com
Cancellation by the Company
We reserve the right to terminate the contract before you pay the full cost of the trip. In this case, we will refund in full any amount that you have already paid us. After full payment, we will terminate the contract only if circumstances beyond our control make it impossible to conduct the tour (or provide services). Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, civil or political unrest, terrorism, natural disaster or other force majeure circumstances.
Changing routes
The Company reserves the right to change the route before the start of the tour in some cases (due to force majeure, such as war, riots, strikes, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, man-made disasters, fires, adverse weather conditions and other significant external circumstances beyond the control of the Company.). Most of the changes will be minor, and the Company will inform you about them as soon as possible.
