Park Boggy – Maidan

The Park Boggy-Maidan was built in the 15th century near the Great Chupanatinsk hills.
The construction of a beautiful park was initiated by Amir Temur and has been completed by Ulugbek. The Zarafshan Stream flowed in the park.

During the Ulugbek reign, they built pavilions and a magnificent palace called Chil-Sutong, which translates as "40 pillars."
There is a "Porcelain Pavilion" in the park. Masters and architects painstakingly worked under it, and all the materials for the construction were brought specially from China. Perhaps that is why it stands out among the other pavilions with its uniqueness.

The two-stored palace is decorated with towers and quinces, which stand on stone columns. Uzbek masters made half of the columns, and the other parts were brought from the campaign.

Our travel agency, "Orient Mice," will be happy to provide you with transport, hotel, and professional guides who will show you not only the city, but also tell you amazing stories about the architectural monuments of Samarkand.
