In Samarkand in the 16th century, the ensemble of Khoja Ahrar was built. The ensemble of Khoja Ahrar includes winter and summer mosques, minarets, and a madrasah with some avian columns.
The memorial architectural structure is in a dilapidated condition. The entrance of the madrasah of Nadir Divan Begi was reconstructed, and this led to big changes in painting and decorative design. There were observed discrepancies.
For example, by studying the records of those times, architects have concluded that the images of deer and lions have changed. The mosaic design technique was also damaged.
In the "old" idea, under the scene with lions, the sun was shining, and now there is a floral ornament flaunting.
After sometime, near the complex, there was a graveyard, which was considered a saint. The grave of Khodja Akhror can be recognized by its white-marble tomb with Arabian letters.
The ensemble of Khoja Akhror was restored later.
Due to studying photographs, the architects were able to recover a pair of inscriptions and drawings of the original building. However, other work techniques have already been used.
At present, madrassas and mosques occupy an honorable place among the architectural monuments of Samarkand.
Although it does not save its original form, it does not prevent the flow of tourists from visiting and admiring the ensemble of Khoja Akhror's beauty.
