The Museum of the History of Khorezm is named after Al-Khwarizmi and Beruni

The Museum of the History of Khorezm, named after Al-Khwarizmi and Beruni, is located in Khiva and is a very interesting museum in Uzbekistan. The opening of the museum took place on the anniversary of al-Khwarizmi.

Al-Khwarizmi was an Asian medieval academic who was considered the founder of algebra. The museum is named in honor of the philosopher and historian, Beruni.
The exposition of the Museum of the History of Khorezm, named after Al-Khwarizmi and Beruni, includes archaeological works. Excavations were conducted in Toprak Kala city (6th century BC) and Koykrylgan-Kala city (3rd century BC).

From the palace–monument of "Toprak-kala" to the museum, all the fragments of statues, sculptures, works of art, decoration, and wall and ceiling paintings have been specially moved.

They presented models of buildings and institutions, monuments, and architectural facades of buildings that refer to different centuries.

Our travel agency, "Orient Mice," is pleased to provide you with transport and professional guides who will show you not only Uzbekistan's capital, but also tell you amazing stories about the architectural monuments of Khiva.
