The minaret, mosque, and madrasah of Seyid-biy
There is another architectural monument in Khiva that deserves special attention from visitors—the Ensemble of Seyid-biy.
The complex of Seyid-biy was erected during Allah Kuli Khan's rule. In its construction, it involved Sheliker Seyid-biy (a merchant).
The ensemble consists of two tiers of madrassas, the minaret, and the mosque with nine domes.

The ensemble includes Seyid-biy madrasa, a mosque, and a minaret, Ichan-Kala, surrounded by the very strong walls of the inner city of Khiva.
An apartment on wooden columns is attached to the main building. The aivan was built in an open-ended style, and there are wooden columns that have been around for more than a hundred years (18-19th century).
The madrasah is small, but the minaret reaches 30 meters.
It is beautifully decorated and crowned with a specially made arched lantern and a stalactite cornice.
