Reconstruction of the mausoleum occurred in 1810.
In 1810, the early mausoleum of Pakhlavan-Makhmud was rebuilt. I was engaged in the building of the Memorial of Pakhlavan Makhmud.
The plan of the architectural monument includes a khanaka with a double dome and a tomb.
Before the main entrance of the mausoleum was built, a memorial courtyard
On the west side, a korihon with two tiers was erected, and on the east side, a mosque with an ivan.
The burial of Pakhlavan Makhmud can be found in the west wing of the cemetery, to the east of the tomb of Muhammad Rahim Khan I.
Over the years, there has been a new reconstruction. The east wing was added, where was buried Alla Kuli Khan (1825–1842).
Pakhlavan Makhmud Memorial is a place that has to be included in a pilgrimage tour to Uzbekistan. You can easily find these tombstones in the cemetery. They distinguish themselves from one another due to the stunning majolica scenery.
