Mosque of Gumbazi Seyidan
Dorut Tilavat Shahrisabs is a historical monument and part of the historic tour of Uzbekistan as one of the most famous landmarks. It translates as "House of Thoughts, Contemplation."
Judge Shamsiddin Kulyal, who lived at that time, decided to build a memorial complex. The memorial complex of Dorut Tillyavat includes a madrassah, mosques, and tombs.
The grandson of Amir Temur, also well known as an astronomer and scientist, Ulugbek, worked under its erection.

On the south side of the complex, in 1438, one of the descendants of Ulugbek built a beautiful mausoleum mosque. It was called Gumbazi-Seyidan.
Because of its architectural structure, the memorial does not have a large area. However, at the same time, all internal structures were made with beautiful and elegant proportions.
The mausoleum was decorated with epigraphic ornament, with vegetable and flower carvings.
The name of the mosque was given because of the fact that the signs that adorn the marble tombstones were taken from Termez Seyidov’s cemetery located nearby. It was the origin of the name of the mosque – Gumbazi Seyidan (or "Dome of Seyidov").
