Tour Bishkek–Ala Archa–Bishkek–Buran–northern shore of Issyk-Kul–Issyk-Kul Lake–Karakol–Jeti Oguz–Oguz Bashi–Jeti Oguz–south shore of Issyk–Kulya-Kochkor–Tash Rabat–Son Kul–Pass 33 parrots– Kochkor Bishkek-Tashkent for 10 days

An accompanying guide will meet you at Manas International Airport, from where you will go to the capital - Bishkek city (30 minutes’ drive from the airport). Your first day in Kyrgyzstan will be completely devoted to a tour of Bishkek. You will visit Victory Square, Oak Park, Ala-Too Central Square, Old Square, National Philharmonic Hall and many other attractions. The afternoon is devoted to a trip to Ala Archa, located at the foot of the Tien Shan mountain range. It is a nature reserve and one of the most beautiful gorges of Bishkek. In Soviet times, only privileged people had the right to walk in this park. At the end of the tour, you will return to Bishkek. Dinner is served at 7 pm. Overnight at the hotel.

Today you will be transported to the heavenly lake Issyk-Kul, the pearl of Central Asia. It is surrounded by heavenly mountains. It is the second largest Alpine lake in the world (1,608 m above sea level). For more than 1,500 years, the locals considered the lake sacred. Coming to the lake, you can see the mountains around it. Next you will visit the Burana Tower (11th century minaret). Nearby there is an open-air museum of balbals (stone warriors). Dinner and overnight you will spend in nomadic felt dwellings, yurts, near the lake. Also, today we will visit a place with petroglyphs, ancient stone patterns called. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, you will go to the city of Karakol. Along the way we will stop to visit ancient stone inscriptions (dating back to 800 BC). Shamans carved these petroglyphs more than 2000 years ago. Then we continue our way along the northern shore of the lake to the city of Karakol. You will visit the Dungan Mosque. One of its highlights is the fact that it was built in the Chinese style without using a single metal nail. A visit to the mosque will be followed by a visit to the old wooden Orthodox church. We spend the night at the hotel.

Today we will go to the Jeti Oguz Gorge. It is famous for its formations of red stone, which are called the Seven Bulls - Jeti Oguz. You will also see a mountain in the form of a broken heart. There you can take a series of photos, and, if desired, you can climb the mountain (20 minutes) to see a panoramic view of the gorge. There are yurts in the gorge, and the locals can offer you to drink koumiss. It is a national drink made from sour mare's milk, and it is slightly alcoholic. Your dinner and night will be held in the felt dwellings of nomads - yurts.

This day is dedicated to cycling. We will start our hike in the morning and go to the Oguz Bashi glacier. The name translates as "Bull's Head". This is due to the fact that the top resembles a head with horns. Our way will pass through a green gorge covered with trees. On the way you can see the nomads' yurts, as these places are favorable for pasture. The ascent to the very top will take 2 days there and 2 back. Instead, we will arrange a pleasant picnic with a view of the snow-white peak of the mountain. After a short rest, we will return to the yurt camp.

Today we will drive to Kochkor village. This time we will drive along the southern shore of Issyk Kul Lake. This is a great chance to see the whole lake from all sides. We will have a break in Bokonbaeva village, where we will meet a local eagle-hunter. He hunts hares and foxes with the help of eagles (a traditional method of nomad hunting). The night will be in a homestay.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Tash Rabat Caravanserai on the Great Silk Road (a Stone Castle from the 14th century). The building is unique. Tash Rabat is located at the very heart of the Tian Shan Mountains. Tash Rabat was built of stone blocks inside a mountain at an elevation of 3200 m above sea level. The mountain has a total of 31 rooms.The walls are 1 m thick. There are also underground prison cells, formerly used to incarcerate thieves in ancient times. There will be a traditional dinner, and the night will be spent in yurts near Tash Rabat Caravanserai.

After breakfast, we start our drive to the second largest lake in Kyrgyzstan – Son Kul Lake. This lake is surrounded by mountains and is the highest alpine lake in Kyrgyzstan, situated at an altitude of 3013 meters above sea level. Kyrgyz nomads started to come to this wonderful area with their families for rest and relaxation. Herders of the Naryn region come to the lake to use it as a pastureland. After our arrival, you will be free to explore and enjoy the virgin nature of the lake and its surroundings. Dinner and overnight are in nomadic, collapsible dwellings called yurts. They are made of a wooden skeleton covered with felt coverings.
