Tour Ashgabat-Kou-Ata-Nokhur-Turkmenbashi-Avaza-Turkmenbashi-Dashoguz-Konya-Urgench-Darvaza-Ashgabat for 8 days

In the first half of the day, you will visit the underground lake Kou-Ata, which is located 107 km from Ashgabat. Kou-Ata translates as "Father of Caves". The cave will enchant you with its magnificent beauty: the total length of the cave is 230 m, its height reaches 20 m, and its width, in some places, is 57 m. The bottom of the cave is covered with blocks of dissolved limestone (stalactites). The water in the cave is warm, transparent, and emerald-colored with a temperature of 33–37 °C (you can swim in the lake there). Then you will go to the village of Nohur. The village itself is located in a small depression in the mountains of the Kopetdag range, and the houses are built of local boulders cemented with mud. In addition to the main street, the other streets are very narrow, which makes it difficult for transport to move through them. The local inhabitants of Nohur are very different from other Turkmen tribes. Their villages are located in the mountainous border zone covering Turkmenistan and Iran. The population of Nohur is 1-2 thousand people. After that, you will go to Yangikala. On the way, stop for lunch in Balkanabat. Your journey will continue to Gozli-Ata.

After breakfast we will go to Turkmenbashi, on the way we will explore the Avaza tourist zone.

On the morning flight you will fly to Dashoguz (T5-235, 13:55-15:00). After lunch, you will have a tour of the city of Dashoguz.

After breakfast you will go to Horse Urgench, then to Darvaza. The path will pass through the Karakum desert. You will be able to visit the gas crater and enjoy an incredible view of the crater. The crater surprises with its beauty, warmth and peaceful sounds created by this giant furnace.

In the morning, you will return to Ashgabat. Today you will have a city tour. You will visit parks and monuments from the independence period, such as the Independence Monument and Park (looks like a white marble "Eiffel Tower"), a monument fountain dedicated to the 10th anniversary of independence (a sculptural image of ten Akhal-Teke horses placed on top of a beautiful fountain).

After breakfast, you will visit the Seyit-Jemal-ad-Din Mosque and the impressive Ertugrul Gazi Mosque in honor of Ertugrul, the father of Osman I, the founder of the Ottoman Empire. Next you can see the Russian Bazaar. In the afternoon you will go to the cable car located in the Kopetdag mountains. From there you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Ashgabat. After that you will return back to the city
