There was a presentation on the topic “Holy faces of the Uzbek land” in Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta, revealing the country’s opportunities in the tourism field.

 

“Holy faces of the Uzbek land” is the traditional embodiment of our country, which includes the sources of the Islamic heritage.

 

As part of the events, B2B meetings were held between Uzbek and local tour operators, where our company Orient Mice also exchanged experience with foreign colleagues.

 

In total, 173 travel companies took part in this major event.

 

At the end of the program, a press conference was held with local media, tasting Uzbek dishes, and the drawing of the certificate for a free stay in Uzbekistan during the 23rd Tashkent International Tourism Fair in October 2017.

 

The event was held under the leadership of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Tourism Development, with the assistance of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Malaysia and the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Indonesia.
