Bukhara is the oldest city that exists more than 2500 years. During this time, there were a lot of significant events, some of which are shrouded in different legends and mysterious riddles. From year to year, a lot of tourists come here to feel the spirit of that era.

 

At the moment, there is an expansion of the Bukhara development program in all its branches, in particular, expansion of cooperation with the UN World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). One of the most important tasks is the construction of the State Museum of History of Bukhara. President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev personally acquainted with the museum project during his visit to Bukhara. The head of state gave appropriate instructions on equipping the museum in accordance with international standards and equipping with the most modern technology. Also, all necessary security measures will be provided for museum visitors.

 

Throughout his visit, the President reviewed the presentation of projects relating to the maintenance of cultural heritage sites. In total, there are 660. There are monuments of architecture, archaeological sites, works of monumental art. To support the objects in the appropriate condition, an experts team of restoration, construction, a master of manual work was created.

 

The President mentioned that the objects of cultural heritage are an invaluable wealth of our people. Veneration, as well as careful treatment of them, is our duty that transferred from generation to generation.
